WHY TWO BRANDS UNDER ONE ROOF.
Not every customer wants the same thing. Some want it all taken care of — we drive, we lift, we place your belongings into a mobile unit. Others prefer to load it themselves — a box at the door, fill it at your own pace, and off to storage. For that second group we started Kubox. Simpler system, different price points, different logistics. Below: the difference between Inbox and Kubox, and how to pick what fits.
1. THE DIFFERENCE AT A GLANCE.
Inbox does it all for you — mobile storage units from 4 to 8m³, combinable up to 500m³, and our drivers carry from your front door right into the unit. Kubox is the opposite: a standard 10m³ box, we place it at your door, you load, we collect. No lifting help included. Different package choices and pricing.
2. WHEN TO CHOOSE INBOX.
When you value service. You have busy weeks, no time or physical inability to lift yourself. Our drivers with carry-help (BasisPlus or Premium) do the work. Or you have bigger or more complex inventories — multiple rooms, renovations, fragile furniture. From 4m³ onwards, no maximum. Private customers pay no VAT.
3. WHEN TO CHOOSE KUBOX.
When you'd rather load at your own pace. The box sits at your door for a full day, you fill it when it suits you, and we collect it once you're done. No mover in your home, no pickup-day stress. Works best for people with good access to their home (parking space or driveway). Minimum order value of €450 — chosen so the system stays efficient for longer-term storage.
4. WHAT WE KEEP THE SAME.
Both brands store in their own climate-controlled locations (Inbox in Gouda, Kubox in Nieuw-Vennep) — 24/7 secured, only accessible to authorised staff. Both offer monthly cancellable contracts and transparent rate tiers (1, 3, 6 and 12 months). And behind the scenes one team runs both: the advisor at Inbox is a colleague of the advisor at Kubox.
