What do you want to know about business storage?

Our business customers use mobile storage for very diverse purposes. Most common: archive storage for files you don't need often but must keep, inventory overflow when your warehouse is full or for seasonal peaks, event materials between editions (festivals, exhibition stands, Christmas decorations), hospitality inventory during terrace season (parasols, benches, planters off in winter), pop-up retail and construction projects with temporary materials, office reorganization during renovation or move. For larger needs we combine multiple units — up to 500m³ possible. We come to your business address; you don't need to arrange transport or find off-site storage. Request a quote for your specific use case.

Strongly depends on your use case. For an SME archive (folders, files, old admin) X-Small (4 m³) to Small (8 m³) is usually enough. For hospitality terrace inventory off-season — parasols, benches, planters — you're in Small to Medium (16-24 m³). For webshop overflow or seasonal inventory, count on Medium to Large (24-32 m³ or more), depending on volume. For event materials or complete office inventory we often combine multiple units. Tip: combining multiple units is more cost-effective than reserving one large space upfront — you only pay for what you use. Our advisors help estimate over the phone based on your inventory list.

For business customers all rates are excl. VAT and VAT is fully deductible for entrepreneurs with a valid VAT number. Invoicing is monthly by email or (on request) to a fixed billing address; for longer terms we can send quarterly invoices. Multiple pickups or deliveries in the same month are bundled into one invoice. No fixed annual contracts — you rent from 1 month and can scale up or down whenever your business demands it. Webshop busier than expected? Add a unit. Office downsized? Return one. For larger projects with multiple locations or longer terms we put together a custom quote — ask our sales advisors.

Business rates start at €39 per month (excl. VAT) for X-Small and go up to €180 for Large, with a 12-month commitment. Shorter periods are slightly higher. We offer tiered discounts for volume and term: for multiple units in storage (great for archives, stock or event materials) and longer commitments (6 or 12 months) you get a lower monthly rate per unit. For larger projects — a full warehouse move, longer construction projects, recurring seasonal storage — we put together a custom quote with sharper rates. Our business customers come from all kinds of industries. SMEs and admin offices store long-running archives that rarely need to be consulted but must be legally retained (financial records, HR files, customer contracts). Retail and webshops use us for seasonal stock — winter collection from a fashion store, garden-centre terrace furniture, fireworks or Christmas stock — that can sit out of sight half the year. Hospitality businesses park terrace furniture, parasols and winter heaters with us off-season. Event agencies and pop-up retailers store stand structures, displays and demo materials between editions. Construction and interior firms use it for material overflow on larger projects. And during office refits, floor renovations or business relocations we provide temporary storage for inventory and equipment. For each: pickup at your location, you don't need to drive a van yourself or find off-site storage.

VAT, invoicing and business payment

For business customers all rates are excl. VAT, and VAT is fully deductible for entrepreneurs with a valid VAT number. You receive a monthly invoice by email, with your VAT number and debtor reference properly processed. On request we send quarterly invoices, handy for seasonal storage. For multiple pickups or deliveries in the same month we bundle the lines into one statement. Payment by SEPA direct debit or bank transfer — no credit card needed. For larger customers with multiple units or locations we set up fixed invoice dates and payment terms. We're registered at the Chamber of Commerce and hold a valid VAT number; KVK extracts and credit checks are available on request.
