The Dutch General Transport Conditions 2002 (AVC 2002) is the national standard issued by Stichting vervoeradres in collaboration with TLN, regulating the legal relationship between carrier and shipper. Our entire logistics operation runs under this framework: liability in transit, damage handling, delivery terms and ownership rules while goods are on the road.
